Sales Associate (Part-Time, Long-Term) – Premium American Heritage Fashion Brand

Our client is an iconic American heritage fashion and lifestyle brand recognized worldwide for its classic style, premium quality, and enduring brand legacy. They are currently seeking customer-focused individuals to join their retail team.

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate about fashion, retail, and delivering excellent customer experiences
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in interacting with customers
• Able to commit to working 3–4 days per week, including Monday, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work on Tuesday is a must
• Comfortable communicating in English with international customers
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• Strong team players with a positive attitude

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers
• Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations
• Offer styling advice and product knowledge to support customers' purchasing decisions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
• Handle customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and store services
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier
• Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, replenishment, and housekeeping
• Support fitting room and stockroom operations as required
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
