Regulatory Affairs Executive

Our client, a reputable multinational company in the health and wellness industry, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Executive to support its Hong Kong team. This role combines regulatory compliance responsibilities with product marketing support, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in nutrition, food science, or healthcare products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product registration, quality assurance, nutrition, or consumer healthcare products.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory requirements for health supplements, food products, cosmetics, or healthcare products is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with strong written communication skills and experience reviewing technical or regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing product portfolios (nutritional & skincare products) and work closely with various departments to support product initiatives and activities.
• Provide distributors’ consultation.
• Provide support in responding to product-related technical inquiries from distributors and consumers.
• Assist with product registration and label review in coordination with Home Office Regulatory to support the timely introduction of new products, new formulations, and product imports into Hong Kong.
• Support health- and product-related marketing activities, including the preparation of posters, videos, and promotional materials for distributors and customers.
• Proofread technical terms in translations.
• Assist in preparing health- and product-related social media content and deliverables.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
