Regional Managing Director

An established trading and export business in Hong Kong. They provide end-to-end supply chain solutions to their vast array of global clients.

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of sourcing and production experience, preferably with 10 years in a senior management position
• Background in apparel and home textiles is a must, experience in other home products is preferable
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of delivering results, ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage operations of the entire office with a view to achieve both corporate and local business growth and objectives
• Target to meet or exceed the volume goals for each business division
• Responsible for office's P&L and budget adherence
• Stay up to date with the market trends in the region and develop sourcing strategies
• Partner with customers to understand their needs and expectations
• Ensure merchandising teams' source new factories to meet client needs and complete all pricing/sampling for customers buying trips
• Supervise, recruit, train, direct and appraise the performance of the section subordinates
