Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be confident in interacting with members and visitors, capable of handling enquiries efficiently, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience. Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is preferred. The candidate should possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and demonstrate attention to detail when managing bookings, payments, and customer records. A proactive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. An interest in yoga, fitness, wellness, or healthy living would be a distinct advantage.

The CS will serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a warm and professional impression of the studio. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing class bookings and membership registrations, answering phone calls and enquiries, processing payments, maintaining customer records, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, good organizational abilities, and basic administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred. Candidates with prior experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, or wellness industries will have an advantage, while an interest in yoga and healthy living is highly desirable.
