Quality Logistics Coordinator

Our client, one of the most renowned quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands, is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their winning team

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end sample management activities.

• Manage sample shipments and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare and coordinate sensory evaluation sessions and market calibration activities in accordance with established SOPs.

• Manage sample ordering and inventory

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sample inventory evaluation data.

• Monitor inventory levels, shelf life, storage conditions, and stock rotation activities.

• Build strong working relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, market QA teams, Product Category Leads, and other internal stakeholders.

Job Requirement:

• Strong data management skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive with strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong planning organization, and coordination abilities.

• Knowledge of inventory control, sample traceability, and sensory evaluation processes
