Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Fashion & Textiles, or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or product development, preferably within the amenity kit, travel bag, cosmetic packaging, or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs and budgets for amenity kits, travel kits, cosmetic packaging, and related bag products.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the procurement process for amenity kits.
- Coordinate and manage supplier and partner inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and execution of projects.
- Support product development activities by arranging quotations, sourcing samples, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and workflows to ensure projects are completed within agreed lead times.
- Source and develop new products based on departmental and customer needs.
- Coordinate shipments and logistics with freight forwarders, factories, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
- Undertake business travel as required to support project and business objectives.
- Assist with ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
