Procurement Manager

A leading engineering services company, they cover multiple projects and products. Building technologies, E&M contracting, data centre, maintenance, facilities management and more.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related
• Minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience in procurement operations, sourcing, or supply chain
• Solid understanding of RFQ/PO/WO processes, supplier onboarding, approval workflow, vendor coordination and operational controls
• Experience in engineering, construction, E&M, maintenance services, building products, sub-contracting would be highly relevant
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, vendor management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to resolve operational issues, review service levels, and support practical commercial discussions
• Good command of English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day procurement operations, driving process optimization, system enhancement, vendor relationship management etc.
• Act as the key procurement liaison for internal users and suppliers
• Support internal change management for procurement initiatives, including communication planning, training delivery, stakeholder engagement and more
• Support commercial negotiation and value improvement initiatives with vendors, including price review, service level discussion, contract term alignment, cost optimization
• Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, service review meetings, issue escalation, contract compliance, renewal coordination, and continuous improvement
