• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, watches, leather goods, or lifestyle brands
• Strong passion for luxury service and client relationship management
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Elegant, polished, and professional presentation
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage

• Provide personalized and memorable client experiences
• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of loyal and VIP clients
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique performance
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and brand storytelling
• Proactively engage in clienteling activities and follow-up communications
• Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation and service excellence
• Support inventory management and operational procedures
