• Proven experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred (LRTW strongly advantageous)
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in building rapport with clients
• Passion for timeless fashion, styling, and customer experience
• Mature, proactive, and capable of handling daily store operations independently
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferred

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service aligned with luxury retail standards
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships (CRM) to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Utilize product knowledge and brand storytelling to enhance customer engagement and sales conversion
• Proactively drive sales through cross-selling and total look styling, increasing UPT and ATV
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support daily store operations including stock handling, replenishment, and general upkeep
