Network & System Engineer - PERM ($$$, Bonus, Medical etc.)

Our client is a well-known financial service company and they are looking for a Network & System Engineer to cope with their business.

Responsibilities

• Manage Enterprise Infrastructure
  • Administer, maintain, and enhance the organization's network, server, and related IT infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations.
• Deliver Technical Solutions
  • Provide technical expertise for corporate systems, network services, applications, and technology platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Support Project Implementation
  • Engage with stakeholders and technology partners to understand requirements, evaluate technical options, and support solution deployment initiatives.
• Monitor and Optimize IT Services
  • Proactively monitor infrastructure health, perform performance tuning, and resolve technical issues to maintain service reliability and efficiency.
• Operational Support and Documentation
  • Maintain system records, operational procedures, and technical documentation while participating in incident response and after-hours support when necessary.

Requirements

• Education and Experience
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in network and infrastructure support.
• Technical Competencies
  • Hands-on experience managing enterprise networking technologies, including routing, switching, security appliances, load balancing solutions, and monitoring tools.
• Systems and Infrastructure Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux platforms, storage technologies, TCP/IP networking, and enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
• Problem-Solving Ability
  • Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
• Communication and Flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively under pressure and provide occasional after-hours support when required.
