Requirements

• Secondary education or above with relevant maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, including electrical and drainage systems.
• Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
• Grade A Electrical Worker Licence is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

要求

• 具備樓宇維修保養知識，包括電力及排水系統。 
• 持有效建造業安全訓練證明書（平安卡）。 
• 持有A級電業工程人員牌照者優先考慮。
• 能夠獨立工作及與團隊合作。 

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair works across campus facilities.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Install and maintain equipment and appliances.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Support event setup, contractor coordination, and campus operations.

職責

• 負責校園設施的日常維修及保養工作。進行預防性維護檢查，確保設備及系統正常運作。 
• 安裝及保養各類設備及電器裝置。
• 確保符合所有職業安全及健康要求。
• 及時處理維修申請及緊急故障。
• 支援活動場地佈置、承辦商協調及校園日常運作。
