Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) solutions across Asia. To support its continued business growth, the company is seeking a high-caliber Logistics Coordinator with solid logistics and shipment coordination experience to join its dynamic team.


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations, preferably within the furniture, trading, or retail industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Native Cantonese speaker with good command of written English and spoken Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the shipment of furniture products (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, FF&E) from suppliers to warehouses, distribution centers, and customers.
  • Arrange transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, warehouses, and customers regarding shipment status and delivery arrangements.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including purchase orders, packing lists, invoices, delivery notes, and customs documentation.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays, damages, and other logistics-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics costs.
  • Communicate with clients to provide delivery updates and respond to logistics-related inquiries.
  • Assist in negotiating transportation rates and managing relationships with logistics service providers.
  • Prepare regular logistics, shipment, and inventory reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and customs requirements.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
