Leasing Manager – Tenant Side (Fashion Brand)

Our client are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Leasing Manager to join our team, focusing on tenant representation within fashion and lifestyle brands.

In this role, you will partner closely with landlords to support their expansion strategies, identify optimal locations, and negotiate lease terms that align with their operational and financial goals.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, or related disciplines
• Proven experience in retail leasing, with exposure to fashion and/or F&B tenants
• Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand positioning
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially driven with strong analytical abilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Represent tenants (fashion, lifestyle, and selected F&B brands) in site search, evaluation, and acquisition
• Identify and secure prime retail locations aligned with brand strategy and target customer profiles
• Conduct market research, rental benchmarking, and location feasibility analysis
• Lead lease negotiations including commercial terms, tenancy agreements, and deal structuring
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and agency partners
• Provide strategic advice on trade mix, footfall trends, and retail positioning
• Support portfolio planning and expansion across key retail corridors and shopping destinations
