Japanese Lifestyle brand - Retail Operation Manager

Our client is currently seeking a retail manager to join their energetic team.

• A minimum of 8 years' retail experience with at least 3 years at management level
• Strong business acumen, logical mind-set with outstanding communication skills;
• Excellent organizing and leadership skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Manderin & Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP retail preferred.
• Tertiary education or above;

• Lead and oversee all retail operations, strategies, and initiatives to meet company objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive retail plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Manage a team of manager store managers and staff to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to optimize the retail strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other departments to enhance the retail experience.
• Set and monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial targets for retail operation
•  Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures across all retail locations.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in retail processes and systems.
•  Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms. 
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
