IT support, services and operations – Team Lead & Senior Project Manager

• Bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Science or Engineering related disciplines; post graduate will be a plus.
• 12-20 years of extensive experiences gained in international brokerage firms covering in at least two of the following domain areas: front-office sales & trading, middle/back office post-trade processing, infrastructure in either data centers/network, and took the roles either in development, implementation and/or production management. A plus with business product knowledge in any of the equities, FICC in cash/derivatives/structured products, or wealth management on the international markets.
• A plus with people supervision & management experience of a small-to-medium team.
• Extensive industrial knowledge in either (i) the trade flow & processing of China’s, Hong Kong’s and/or Singapore’s capital market & products, such as equities, FICC in cash, derivatives & structured products; or (ii) technology infrastructure setup in data centers (including cloud, exchange colocation), network (with low-latency), cyber-security, end-users services, etc.
• Good knowledge of the rules & regulations related to HK SFC, SG MAS and/or other Asian markets; good understanding of the common practices with well-known Financial Market Infrastructures such as exchanges, clearing houses, market data providers, etc.
• Project management skills in medium-to-large scale initiatives that cover the charter, scope, resources, budget, solution selection, timeline, and risk/issues mitigation across departments and functional teams.
• Strong analytical, quick learning, problem-solving & process improvement skills on vaguely defined objectives/problems; able to multi-tasking under pressure and changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill to the senior stakeholders and management, with good command in both Chinese and English; conversational in Mandarin is a must.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and a good team players to build trust & rapport with stakeholders.

• Project manage critical business or infrastructure initiatives from requirements, proposed solution due-diligence, solution design & architecture, budget & procurement, implementation issues/risks mitigation, all the way to testing/golive/support coordination, etc.
• Lead and coordinate production issues resolution; Follow-through on root cause analysis, closure of remedial actions with stakeholders, reporting to operational risk, compliance and/or regulators, if needed.
• Work with stakeholders & team members to ensure the IT systems, processes and procedures are compliant to regulations and industrial best practices.
