IT Project Executive - PERM ($$$, 2-4 months Bonus, Medical etc.)

Our client is a well-known company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a IT Project Executive to cope with their business.

Responsibilities

·      Drive and monitor IT project execution, ensuring milestones, timelines, budgets, and project objectives are achieved effectively.

·      Act as the central coordination point between technology teams, infrastructure specialists, vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain smooth project delivery.

·      Develop executive-level reports, presentations, and status updates to support decision-making and governance activities.

·      Prepare project documentation, business cases, and approval materials required throughout the project lifecycle (SDLC).

·      Promote technology risk management by supporting cybersecurity controls, compliance reviews, system audits, and operational best practices.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.

·      At least 3 years of experience supporting project delivery, SDLC, PMO functions, or project coordination within a corporate environment.

·      Knowledge of IT service management, databases, software development, cybersecurity frameworks, or governance standards is a plus.

·      Exposure to technology-related projects is preferred; experience within banking, financial services, or regulated industries would be advantageous.

·      Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualifications are highly regarded.

·      Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively in English, and Cantonese
