About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Operations Assistant to join a prestigious luxury fashion and beauty brand. This role is responsible for supporting daily boutique operations, delivering exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience.
• Experience in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands preferred.
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and retail shift schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences aligned with luxury retail standards.
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
