Finance Analyst

We are now partnering with a client who are seeking a motivated Finance Analyst to join a dynamic team and gain hands-on exposure to fundraising, M&A, financial analysis, and capital market activities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute in financial analysis and evaluation of investment, financing, and strategic projects.
• Support equity and debt fundraising activities, M&A transactions, asset disposals, and corporate restructuring initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, valuation analysis, and investment materials.
• Conduct market research, financial modelling, and project risk assessments.
• Coordinate with external advisors, banks, auditors, and professional parties on transaction execution.
• Support investor relations activities and assist with regulatory disclosures and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Sounded experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, investor relations, audit, valuation, transaction advisory, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, valuation principles, and capital markets is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
