Draftsman

Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) solutions across Asia. To support its continued business growth, the company is seeking a high-caliber Logistics Coordinator with solid logistics and shipment coordination experience to join its dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Interior Design, Drafting, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in furniture, interior fitting-out, FF&E, or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, SolidWorks, or other 3D design software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of furniture construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of furniture layouts, space planning, and interior fit-out drawings based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Develop and revise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, suppliers, and clients to ensure drawings meet project requirements and timelines.
• Review specifications, measurements, and site conditions to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Prepare as-built drawings and update project documentation when necessary.
• Liaise with vendors and manufacturers regarding technical details and production requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, building regulations, and client specifications.
• Support project teams during the design, production, and installation phases.
• Conduct site measurements and surveys when required.
