Director, Relationship Management (Family Office)

Our client is a well-established multi-family office providing comprehensive wealth management and family office solutions to HNW/UHNW individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and business owners. The firm offers expertise across investment management, private equity, financing solutions, legacy planning, family governance, trust and estate planning, and wealth preservation strategies

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and deepen relationships with HNW/UHNW individuals, families, and family offices.
• Leverage existing networks and market relationships to acquire new clients and grow assets under management (AUM).
• Understand clients' financial objectives, risk profiles, family structures, and wealth planning needs.
• Provide holistic wealth management solutions across investments, trust structures, insurance, family office services, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional client service.
• Maintain strong awareness of market trends, economic developments, investment opportunities, and industry developments.
• Drive business development activities and contribute to the growth of the firm's client base and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Family Office, or Multi-Family Office environments.
• Currently managing client relationships with approximately USD 120 million AUM or above.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, economics, and the broader wealth management landscape.
• Good knowledge of trust structures, insurance solutions, family offices, estate planning, and wealth preservation strategies.
• Established network within the HNW/UHNW clients segment and financial services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to transfer and develop client relationships within a family office platform.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required; Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred.
