Designer Shoe Brand - Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate and driven Boutique Supervisor (2IC) to support the Boutique Manager in leading store operations, developing the team, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

This role is ideal for experienced Senior Sales Associates from luxury retail who are ready to take the next step into leadership.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, leather goods, jewellery, watches, or accessories
• Strong preference for Senior Sales Associates seeking their first leadership opportunity
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is advantageous but not essential
• Proven sales achievement and clienteling capability
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
• Passion for luxury retail and delivering personalized service
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage

• Act as the second-in-command of the boutique and support the Boutique Manager in daily operations
• Lead by example on the sales floor and drive team performance to achieve sales targets
• Deliver exceptional client service and cultivate long-term customer relationships
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize performance
• Support staff training, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
• Ensure excellence in boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and operational standards
• Assist in inventory control, stock management, and loss prevention
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a premium shopping experience
