Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR management experience gained from sizeable organizations.
- At least 5 years of leadership and people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment ordinances and HR regulations.
- Proven experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.
- Experience in HR process improvement, digitalization, automation, or transformation projects is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and workforce data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Native in Cantonese, Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to senior management, this position will lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions and play a key role in developing people strategies that support business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR leader who is passionate about organizational development, talent management, and HR transformation.
- Lead and oversee all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Organization Development.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Design workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and change management programs.
- Lead HR transformation projects, process enhancement, and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize HR analytics, workforce insights, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide proactive HR business partnering support across the organization.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
