The role serves as the key liaison among the Company, external corporate service providers, company secretarial service providers, and regulatory authorities. In addition to corporate governance and statutory compliance responsibilities, the role oversees accounting and finance administration functions, and maintaining accurate statutory records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities

Corporate Governance & Compliance

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Company, company secretarial service providers, corporate service providers, and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance and regulations with UAE Federal Laws, regulations and the Company's constitutional documents
  • Support the Board and Management in fulfilling corporate governance obligations and ensuring that corporate actions and decisions comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and secure statutory records, corporate documents, licenses, resolutions, and regulatory filings
  • Coordinate the preparation, execution, and submission of statutory documents and regulatory filings on a timely basis
  • Support internal and external compliance reviews, audits, and regulatory inspections

Finance & Accounting Administration

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate accounting records, AP/AR
  • Process vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and reimbursements accurately and within established timelines
  • Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables and overdue accounts
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for management review
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support year-end audit processes
  • Maintain proper financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with banks, government authorities, auditors, legal advisors, and external service providers on corporate and financial matters

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Corporate Governance, Law, or a related discipline

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, compliance, or finance administration functions

• Experience with UAE corporate regulations, and statutory compliance requirements

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment

• Open to relocate
