Client Services Specialist (US Bank) (Up to 25k per month)
Our client is a leading US bank, and they are looking for Client Services Specialist to join their winning team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between corporate customers and internal stakeholders, including advisor operations, security operations, accounting, and other banking teams, on all custody and trust-related matters.
- Manage direct customer interactions, addressing inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution related to trustee relationships.
- Oversee the settlement of securities transactions and authorize cash movements in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide expertise in ERISA regulations, trust and custody services, and securities products to support customer needs and ensure compliance.
- Support corporate clients across Master/Directed Trust-Custody, Foundations, Endowments, and Public Funds accounts.
- Monitor and manage asset positions, cash balances, account statements, and security and cash transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of operational, transactional, and client service issues.
- Drive operational excellence and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal business partners.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in trust, custody, securities operations, institutional banking, wealth management, or related financial services environments.
- Strong knowledge of trust and custody operations, securities settlement, cash management, and asset servicing.
- Demonstrated understanding of ERISA regulations, fiduciary responsibilities, and securities products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex operational and client issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in custody, trust accounting, and banking platforms, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
