Certified Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence.
• Handle audit and P&L
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Complete operational support functions (i.e. Inventory, etc.)

Experienced Certified Manager with a strong background in restaurant operations, team leadership, and customer service within a fast-paced dining environment. Skilled in managing daily operations, coaching and developing team members, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and driving operational excellence. Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while achieving business and performance goals.

Requirements:

• At least 3 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Hygiene Supervisor Training Course certification, strongly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
