Business Manager, IT - PERM ($$$, 3+months Bonus, Group Medical etc.)

Our client is a well-known company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a Business Manager, IT to cope with their business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the IT Business function, ensuring team resources are effectively allocated, priorities are clearly defined, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
• Build a high-performing team culture by coaching, guiding, and developing professionals, creating clear pathways for growth and succession.
• Drive strategic and tactical initiatives across multiple channels to strengthen its presence and generate revenue opportunities in both consumer and commercial markets.
• Develop and enhance market awareness and customer engagement, including exhibitions, corporate IT events, partnerships, and promotional activities
• Partner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to align the priorities with organizational goals, ensuring seamless execution of cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Extensive marketing leadership experience gained from managerial or executive-level positions, with a proven record of leading teams and delivering business growth.
• Degree holder in IT, Business, or a related discipline, with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering ownership, collaboration, and a results-oriented mindset within a dynamic environment.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale IT events and IT brand-building initiatives, with the ability to measure and demonstrate business impact.
• Background in Technology, Manufacturer, Distributor sectors preferred, coupled with excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
