Assistant Manager, Technology Risk - PERM ($$$, Bonus, Group Med etc.)

Our client is a well-known company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a Assistant Manager, Technology Risk to cope with their business.

Responsibilities

·      Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the organization's technology and operational risk management framework.

·      Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate IT, cybersecurity, and operational risks.

·      Conduct risk assessments for new initiatives, systems, and services, ensuring appropriate controls are in place.

·      Facilitate remediation of audit findings, control gaps, and compliance issues identified across the organization.

·      Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and training materials to strengthen risk awareness and provide visibility to management.

Requirements

·      Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Information Security, IT Audit, or a related field.

·      Solid understanding of enterprise risk management, regulatory requirements, and industry frameworks such as HKMA CFI 2.0, ISO 27001, and CSA STAR.

·      Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.

·      Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and bilingual (English & Chinese) skills.
