Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager (Treasury & Operations)

Our client is a long-established international trade company.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting, finance, treasury, or finance operations experience.
• Candidates from trading, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, supply chain, retail, or other commercial industries are welcome.
• Exposure to cash management, banking facilities, treasury, working capital management, or trade finance is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin, with working knowledge of English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to Mainland China occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial and management reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across business operations.
• Support treasury activities, banking facilities, cash forecasting, and financing arrangements.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business performance.
• Partner with business teams across Hong Kong and Mainland China on finance-related matters.
• Assist in process improvements, finance projects, and ad hoc assignments.
• Occasional travel to Mainland China.
