About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle whilst developing strong client partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, helping organizations attract top talent and professionals achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

• Develop and grow a portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
• Identify, approach and convert new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying additional recruitment opportunities.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects across various functions and seniority levels.
• Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking and direct search methodologies.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates against client requirements.
• Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed assessments and recommendations.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process from initial briefing through offer stage.
• Support offer negotiation and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline will be considered an asset.
• At least 2 years of experience within Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing or HR Consulting.
• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment environment will be highly valued.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong business development and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
