Role: Production Operative

Location: Groby, LE6

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Hours:

• Monday-Wednesday: 7.30am-4.30pm


• Thursday: 7.30am-4pm


• Friday: 7.30am-1pm

Contract: 12-month temporary role with the potential to go permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out production tasks according to work instructions and standard operating procedures


• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently


• Conduct quality checks and report any faults, defects, or deviations to the quality team


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in line with health and safety policies


• Support process improvements by providing feedback on tools, equipment, and methods

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on production experience


• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Ability to follow work instructions accurately


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.
