If you are a qualified finance professional with strong consolidation, statutory reporting, and leadership experience, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As Head of Account-to-Report & Consolidation, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of financial reporting and consolidation activities. • Co-lead global group consolidation processes across multiple legal entities.

  • Ensure accurate reporting under IFRS and Group reporting requirements.

  • Review and reconcile balance sheet and cash flow consolidation results across reporting systems.

  • Partner with Financial Planning & Analytics teams to review and analyse financial performance.

  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of financial data submitted to Group Reporting.

  • Support major finance transformation projects, including ERP migrations and reporting system enhancements.

Statutory Reporting & External Audit

  • Lead the preparation, review, and filing of statutory financial statements.

  • Manage external audit relationships and coordinate audit activities across entities.

  • Provide expertise on technical accounting matters, including impairment reviews, provisions, and complex accounting treatments.

  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and evolving accounting standards.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning.

  • Drive capability building in automation, digital finance, and emerging technologies.

  • Allocate resources effectively to meet key reporting and project deadlines.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Tax, Treasury, Financial Planning, Shared Services, and Senior Leadership teams.

  • Provide clear guidance and insight on consolidation, accounting, and reporting matters.

  • Build strong relationships with auditors, external advisors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Support informed business decision-making through accurate financial information and analysis.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Maintain a strong internal control framework across reporting and consolidation activities.

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, company accounting policies, and control standards.

  • Identify and mitigate financial reporting risks while driving process improvements.

  • Support remediation and enhancement of financial controls where required.

  • ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

  • Significant experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, consolidation, and audit.

  • Proven experience leading finance teams in a complex, multinational environment.

  • Strong understanding of IFRS and financial control frameworks.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working with SAP, HFM/Hyperion, Finance Core, or similar consolidation platforms.

  • Background in shared services, global finance operations, or multinational corporate environments.

  • Experience leading finance transformation, process improvement, and system implementation projects.
