Account Manager

What will you do?

• Manage and develop relationships with key customers as their primary point of contact

• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Build long-term partnerships and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Monitor market trends and developments within the Austrian telecom sector

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree (IT, Telecommunications, Economics or related field preferred)
• Interest in technology, ICT, and telecommunications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in an international environment
• Czech at native level and fluent English
