Counterbalance & Dock Stocker Forklift Operators

Adecco is currently seeking safety-focused and reliable Counterbalance & Dock Stocker Forklift Operators to join our client's warehouse and distribution team.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and forklift operation. You will play a key role in ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the facility while maintaining productivity and inventory accuracy.

• Pay Rate: $24.80 - $26.05/hour (based on experience)

• Location: Woodbridge, ON (Vaughan, Concord)

• Shift: Days, afternoons, nights

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Counterbalance and Dock Stocker forklifts

• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers

• Move, stack, and store materials in warehouse locations and racking systems

• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipping

• Replenish inventory and support stock rotation activities

• Inspect shipments and materials for accuracy and damage

• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required

• Follow shipping, receiving, and warehouse procedures

• Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid forklift certification

• Experience operating Counterbalance and Dock Stocker forklifts

• Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution centre, or shipping and receiving experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is considered an asset

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Ability to safely maneuver forklift equipment in tight spaces

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
