Technical Documentation & CAD Specialist with French

Role overview:

For our client, a well-established international company, we are looking for a Technical Documentation & CAD Specialist with French to join their team in Sofia. In this role, you will help the sales and project teams with technical and CAD support for ESA automatic sliding doors. You will be involved in the offer and order process and help make sure that the solutions meet customer needs and company standards. You will also make sure that the projects follow the relevant French and European requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Configure solutions for ESA automatic doors
• Create and update technical drawings
• Support the Sales team and Project Managers with technical information
• Process orders in SAP
• Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Production and Order Administration
• Communicate with customers, external partners and other contacts to support projects and technical requirements
• Prepare, update and organize technical documents
• Support ESA Product Marketing Management (PMM) activities
• Make sure that the work follows company standards and relevant regulations
• Help solve technical issues and find suitable solutions

Requirements:

• Fluent French and English language skills
• 1–3 years of experience in CAD design or technical drawing
• Good experience with technical drawing in the mechanical or electromechanical industry
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and other CAD design tools
• Good technical and engineering skills
• Education or similar qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Technical Drawing, Electromechanics or a related technical field
• Based in Sofia and comfortable with a hybrid work model, with regular office days each week

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience with SAP, Doricon or DraftDesigner
• Experience with order processing
