Support and Maintenance Engineer (Solar Inverter and Storage)

For one of our clients, a leading technology company, we are looking for a Support and Maintenance Engineer (Solar inverter and Storage Direction)

Main Responsibilities:

• Site survey reports verification and comunication with subcontractors and customers. Organizing and optimizing site survey reports process flow. Reporting progress on daily and weekly base.

• Site works supervision, technical support and installation quality verification.

• Handling complaints such as short delivery or wrong shipment. Analyzing the reasons and tracking the process.

• Providing efficient training to Subcontractors.

• Providing 24/7 on-duty FM during the maintenance period.

• Organizing and cooperation of Site Support resource. Coordinate with internal and external parties (local authorities, subcontractor, OMC and customer). Responsible for obtaining necessary resources as demanded.

• Optimize the Technical site support and Field Maintenance processes and operation efficiency

• Creating of relevant reports on time and organizing the problem rectification.

• Tracking and solving Site configuration problems issued by OMC engineers and related staff. Dealing with complaint of correlative support and maintenance problems.

• Cooperation with project team and relevant department staff.

Requirements:

• Very good English (spoken and written).

• Education: University within Electrical, Telecommunication or Computer Engineering.

• Computer knowledge: Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.

• Broad knowledge within telecom and wireless.

• Previous experience in field services or NOC environment could be a plus.
