Junior Business Development Specialist with German

For our trusted client – a leading technology company – we are looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist with German who will work closely with advertisers to develop and optimize social media marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Accurately record and update client interactions in internal systemsy

• Stay informed about industry trends, digital solutions, and platform updates

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships through regular communication and client support

• Prepare individually tailored business plans and strategic solutions in order to support the client’s needs

• Identify opportunities to expand areas of client engagement and contribute to overall business development initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience in a client-facing, business development, or digital environment is considered an advantage

• Comfortable working in an international setting with diverse stakeholders

• Excellent level of German – B2/C1

• English – B2

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Flexibility, team spirit, and effective communication skills
