Demand Planning Specialist /18 month fixed-term contract/

For one of our trusted clients – a global FMCG leader, we are searching for Demand Planning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage demand forecasts, identify risks and opportunities and improve forecast accuracy through data-driven insights.
• Analyze trends, seasonality, and demand variability to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with commercial teams on budgeting, volume planning, innovation launches, and pricing initiatives.
• Optimize forecasting models, planning parameters, and system capabilities.
• Build and enhance dashboards and reports, ensuring clear visibility of KPIs and demand performance.

Requirements:

• 1,5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or a similar role, ideally within FMCG.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP IBP, APO, or other planning platforms is a strong advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of forecasting methodologies and integrated business planning processes.
