Strategy & Consulting Engagements

• Support senior technology leadership on enterprise‑level strategy topics, including technology roadmap definition, operating model evolution, capability assessments, and transformation initiatives.
• Apply structured, hypothesis‑driven problem solving to complex business and technology challenges.
• Develop strategy papers, options analysis, and recommendations for senior leadership forums and executive committees.

This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, executive decision support, and business management within the Group Technology organization. The incumbent will operate with a consulting-style mandate, supporting senior leaders through structured problem solving, fact‑based analysis, and high‑quality management reporting.

The role is ideal for candidates with prior management consulting or internal strategy experience, who are comfortable shaping ambiguous problems, crafting executive narratives, and running the operating rhythm of a large technology organization

• 7–12 years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, business management, or transformation roles.
• Exposure to financial services or large, regulated enterprises is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience supporting C‑level or senior executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge and expertise in PPM Tools, Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, collaboration tools
• Possess Analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn and can do attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, flexible and adaptive to matrix work environment
• PMP/Prince2/Agile – Certifications desirable
