Technical Director – Façade Systems Consultancy

Location: UAE

Reporting To: Managing Director

Role Purpose

The Technical Director will lead the technical strategy, engineering excellence, and innovation of the consultancy's façade design and systems division. The role is responsible for overseeing façade engineering, system development, design reviews, technical governance, and client advisory services across major projects throughout the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of façade engineering and building envelope projects.
• Provide expert guidance on façade systems, performance, materials, specifications, and constructability.
• Review and approve design calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop innovative façade solutions focused on performance, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to clients, architects, developers, and project teams.
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance procedures across the business.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams, promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Support business development activities, proposals, technical presentations, and client engagement.

Qualifications & Experience
