Senior Coordinator – Content Production

Job Purpose

To coordinate and execute content production shoots, including pre-production planning, on-ground support, and logistics management, to ensure all captured content aligns with approved creative briefs and is delivered efficiently and to quality standards.

Experience

Experience in content production execution, including shoot coordination, logistics management, and supporting delivery across multiple content formats.

•Good understanding of content production workflows from planning through to delivery.

•Ability to coordinate shoots, schedules, and production logistics.

•Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams and external vendors.

•Ability to interpret creative briefs and support execution requirements.

•Experience working with production teams, including videographers and photographers.

•Proficiency in production coordination tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Pre-production Planning & Shoot Preparation

-Coordinate pre-production activities by reviewing approved creative briefs and supporting the development of production plans, shot lists, and schedules to ensure readiness for shoot execution.

On-ground Shoot Execution

-Execute and coordinate on-ground production activities by supporting crew, talent, and location management to ensure shoots are delivered in line with approved plans, timelines, and requirements.

Content Alignment & Quality Control

-Monitor content capture during shoots and highlight deviations from the creative brief to ensure outputs meet required messaging, visual, and technical standards.

Logistics Coordination

-Coordinate logistical arrangements including permits, equipment, locations, and resource requirements to support smooth and timely shoot execution.

Issue Resolution & Post-Production Handover

-Support resolution of production-related issues and ensure captured content is organised and handed over to post-production teams with complete and accurate information.
