We are hiring an Officer – Multimedia Production for a 15-month contract in Dubai. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong photography, videography, and post-production expertise who can deliver engaging visual content aligned with brand and 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in multimedia production.
• Strong expertise in photography and videography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • Photoshop
  • Lightroom
• Experience in video editing, colour grading, and motion graphics.
• Strong visual storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Photography, Videography, or Digital Media Production.
• Adobe Creative Suite certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photography and videography content for marketing, branding, and communication initiatives.
• Execute studio and on-location shoots while ensuring compliance with creative briefs, timelines, and technical standards.
• Edit and produce visual content, including video editing, colour grading, sound integration, and motion graphics.
• Ensure content is optimized for digital, social media, and internal communication channels.
• Maintain content quality and consistency in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage multimedia equipment and digital asset libraries.
• Support campaigns, events, and stakeholder requirements through effective content production and delivery.
