Responsibilities
Production Planning
• Develop and maintain integrated production plans by translating campaign and project pipelines into structured timelines and capacity forecasts, to ensure optimal resource utilisation and on-time delivery across all workstreams.
• Monitor demand trends and identify capacity gaps or risks in advance, to enable proactive mitigation of bottlenecks and delivery delays.
Workflow Governance & Administration
• Own and maintain a single source of truth for all production activity through workflow systems (e.g., Float), to ensure accurate tracking of workload, capacity, and delivery timelines across internal and external resources.
• Establish and enforce workflow governance processes, standards, and controls to ensure consistency, transparency, and disciplined execution of all production activities.
Resource Optimisation & Allocation
• Allocate and rebalance internal and external resources based on project scope, priority, and capability to ensure efficient utilisation and alignment with delivery requirements.
• Resolve competing priorities and resource conflicts in collaboration with stakeholders to maintain delivery commitments and maximise operational efficiency.
Reporting & Quality Control
• Define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, utilisation, SLA adherence, cost efficiency) to evaluate performance and support data-driven decision making.
• Implement and continuously improve production processes, SOPs, and quality control mechanisms to enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and ensure compliance with brand and technical standards.
Stakeholder Coordination & Service Delivery
• Act as the central coordination point for production intake and prioritisation, aligning stakeholder requirements with capacity and delivery constraints to ensure realistic and agreed timelines.
