Market leader in Aluminim and Facade manufacturing and installation
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- PMP Certification is considered an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in façade operations, project execution, or project management within the façade industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven GCC experience with reputable façade contractors or specialist façade companies.
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise, complex, and landmark façade projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Strong network and working relationships with leading façade system suppliers, manufacturers, and key vendors within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Projects Management
- Direct and manage multiple façade projects simultaneously, ensuring achievement of safety, quality, schedule, and operational objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve project delivery, resource utilization, productivity, and overall efficiency.
- Monitor project performance through established KPIs, progress tracking, and reporting systems.
- Lead project recovery initiatives when projects face delays, resource constraints, supply chain challenges, or operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and industry standards.
- Support operational decision-making to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central coordination/authority point between Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Installation, QA/QC, and Project Management teams.
- Ensure alignment of all project stakeholders toward common project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments to proactively resolve technical, operational, procurement, and scheduling challenges.
- Drive collaboration between factory operations and project teams to ensure seamless execution and efficient resource deployment.
Façade Engineering & Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and strategic direction on façade systems, engineering solutions, material selection, constructability, and value optimization.
- Support engineering teams in identifying technical risks related to:
- Water leakage and weather performance
- Structural performance
- Thermal performance
- Air infiltration
- Fire safety requirements
- Buildability and installation challenges
- Review engineering proposals and direct stakeholders toward technically sound and practical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant international, local, and project-specific façade codes, standards, and regulations.
- Support decision-making on system selection, bespoke solutions, and complex façade applications.
Project Delivery & Landmark Project Execution
- Lead the successful execution of high-rise, complex, and landmark façade projects throughout the GCC.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, logistics, installation, and QA/QC teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, and execution strategies across all active projects.
- Ensure operational readiness and successful mobilization of resources for project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project execution risks to maintain delivery commitments.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, system suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Represent the company during high-level client meetings, project reviews, technical discussions, and operational planning sessions.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Successfully manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring project objectives and company interests are achieved.
- Resolve technical, operational, and scheduling challenges through effective stakeholder engagement.
Supply Chain & Procurement Management
- Oversee supply chain planning to ensure timely procurement and availability of materials and services.
- Leverage established industry relationships with leading façade system suppliers, manufacturers, fabricators, and specialist vendors.
- Monitor material procurement schedules and identify potential supply chain risks.
- Support supplier evaluation, vendor development, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Ensure material availability aligns with production and project delivery requirements.
Production, Capacity & Resource Management
- Collaborate with factory and production teams to align manufacturing output with project demands.
- Monitor production planning, factory utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct capacity studies and resource forecasting to support project schedules and business growth.
- Optimize manpower, equipment, subcontractor, production, logistics, and operational resources across multiple projects.
- Ensure manufacturing capabilities and installation resources are effectively managed to meet business objectives.
- Monitor operational expenditure (OPEX) and drive productivity improvements without compromising quality or delivery performance.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Conduct operational and project risk assessments throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop mitigation strategies for technical, operational, production, logistics, installation, and supply chain risks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
- Promote a culture of proactive risk management and continuous improvement.
- Lead lessons learned initiatives and implement best practices across the organization.
