About the role
Adecco is hiring Electrical Design Engineer for our client, a leading Automotive Manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth

Job objective of the Position
Uses engineering techniques to design, maintain, or improve new or existing products and/or components for engineering projects within the area of assigned. Carryout designing of the vehicle designs and related components to enhance the overall vehicle performance for the customer and environment.

What you will Do?

•  Adhere to OHSE legislations, standards and the Organization Policy’s & Procedures.
• Supports in concept and design development through all the design phases of  vehicles and its related systems. Includes the development and support of product, sustaining designs, and modifications to meet customer requirements objectives.
• Ensure generation of an accurate conceptual design within the time schedule that meets technical and commercial requirements.
• Supports developing presentations for new ideas and innovative designs and conducts as required. Works closely with internal team members and external suppliers to develop concepts and products.
• Provides assistance in managing the release of all technical documentation, design validation and reporting.
• Creates 2D and 3D model concepts relating to the electrical system for review and approval.
• Ensures that the document release is according to internal standard.

Job Specifications:

Knowledge of automotive electrical systems
Knowledge of 2D and 3D electrical harnessing tools and principles.
Knowledge of tools and mechanical/electrical engineering tactics.
Knowledge of Vehicle Design techniques
Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
Computer literacy (CAD, CREO, MS Office)
