Adecco is hiring a CRM Sales Executive for one of our prestigious clients in the Financial Services sector based in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in Forex, trading, or financial services to join a fast‑growing, innovative organization.
The CRM Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for CRM solutions designed specifically for Forex brokers and trading firms. The role requires strong CRM knowledge, consultative sales skills, and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for CRM solutions and related trading technology platforms
- Promote CRM systems tailored for Forex brokers and trading companies
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain CRM features, benefits, and business use cases
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable CRM configurations and integrations
- Coordinate with technical teams for CRM implementation, onboarding, and system integration
- Maintain accurate client records, leads, and sales pipelines using CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow‑ups with prospective clients
- Build strong post‑sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- 3–4 years of experience in CRM sales, IT solutions sales, or technology sales
- Prior experience with a Forex broker, trading firm, or financial services company is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of CRM systems used in the Forex or trading industry
- Knowledge or experience with MetaQuotes systems (MT4 / MT5) is a strong advantage
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
