Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, A dynamic global leader company operating in the intralogistics and material handling sector is seeking talented individual to fill the following position

Service Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

•        Develop and grow the Customer Service business within the assigned customer portfolio

•        Identify opportunities for Service Contracts, Safety Products and Customer Training solutions.

•        Support the achievement of Customer Service revenue and profitability targets.

•        Promote and negotiate Maintenance Contracts and Full Service Agreements.

•        Identify non-contracted trucks and convert them into contract customers

•        Promote safety and productivity solutions.

•        Support campaigns and commercial initiatives.

•        Cooperate with Service Managers and Technicians to identify sales opportunities.

•        Cooperate closely with Service Managers, Technicians, Sales Department and Back Office team.

•        Update C4C and maintain accurate customer information.

Qualifications & Experience

3. THE SCOPE

•        2-5 years working experience in Sales or Customer Service industry environment

•        High school graduate (IEK, TEI desired)

•        High verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek

•        Computer literacy & knowledge of CRM/ERP System

•        Commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach

•        Ability to identify customer needs and provide value-added solutions

•        Interest in technical products and industrial equipment

•        Self-motivated and target-oriented personality

•        Customer Service skills

•        Effective presentation Skills
