Client Executive, Property & Casualty Team

Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective P&C clients, insurers, and business partners.

• Manage the placement of risks across P&C insurance lines.

• Focus on Corporate Property & Business Interruption, Engineering, Liabilities, Cargo, and FINPRO.

• Assess clients’ risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

• Advise clients on insurance coverage, risk management, and claims.

• Support clients throughout the insurance placement and renewal process.

• Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to achieve competitive solutions.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell, expand existing accounts, and generate new business.

• Review client contracts and identify insurance and compliance requirements.

• Address coverage gaps and insurance-related issues with clients and insurers.

• Maintain strong knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and insurer appetite.

• Work closely with internal teams and insurance carriers to deliver effective client solutions.

Candidate’s Profile 

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in business or related field.  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field

• Effective (very good or higher) oral and written communication in Greek & English

• License or ability to obtain within 90 days – broker licensing is mandatory

• Proficient in Microsoft office
