For our trusted client, we are looking for a UX Writer.

Requirements:

•        A degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•        A background in communications combined with a solid understanding of the UX process.

•        Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or in a similar role.

•        Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

•        Ability to communicate complex information clearly and precisely.

•        Proficiency in English.

•        Understanding of accessibility principles and their application to content is a strong advantage.

•        Knowledge of CMS platforms and version control is a plus.

•        Experience working with design systems is a plus.

The role:

As a UX Writer for our Design System, you will shape the tone and voice of our digital products by creating clear, user-centered content, intuitive UI copy and high-quality documentation that support consistent, accessible and easy-to-use experiences. Working closely with designers, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to evolving our design language and help teams create scalable, high-quality web and mobile products.

You will join the Design System Team, which drives consistency, accessibility, and innovation across digital experiences by developing reusable components, standards, and frameworks that empower product teams and support the adoption of the Design System.

Responsibilities:

•        Write and copy-edit clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for web design system component specifications, guidelines, and portals.

•        Define and evolve content strategy and guidelines for the Design System.

•        Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure consistency across content and adherence to UX standards and terminology.

•        Craft intuitive and helpful UI copy, including labels, tooltips, and microcopy.

•        Create descriptive ALT text for images to improve accessibility.

•        Collaborate with designers, developers, product owners, accessibility experts, and cross-functional teams.

•        Participate in usability testing and research to better understand user needs and behaviors.

•        Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in UX writing and user-centered design.

•        Utilize AI tools effectively in line with industry best practices.
