Role Overview:


For one of our international partners, we are currently looking for a Strategic HR Advisor with Mandarin to join a dynamic and growing global team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR and talent professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders, advising on workforce and hiring strategies, and supporting strategic talent initiatives across international markets.


The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies, labor market trends, workforce planning, and recruitment performance, while ensuring an exceptional stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across assigned client groups;
  • Lead intake and consultation meetings to understand business needs and define effective hiring strategies;
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent availability, labor market trends, and workforce planning initiatives;
  • Partner closely with recruitment teams to align hiring priorities and recruitment approaches;
  • Monitor talent pipelines, recruitment progress, and workforce demands to support successful hiring outcomes;
  • Share market intelligence and advise stakeholders on realistic hiring expectations and talent challenges;
  • Identify recruitment risks and workforce gaps, proposing effective solutions and mitigation strategies;
  • Participate in stakeholder reviews and governance meetings, providing recruitment insights and performance updates;
  • Drive stakeholder satisfaction, encourage process excellence, and support continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Promote an outstanding client and candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.


Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, RPO, MSP, HR Consulting, Client Services, Account Management, or Workforce Solutions;
  • Experience building and managing stakeholder or client relationships in an international environment;
  • Good understanding of talent acquisition processes, workforce planning, and recruitment best practices;
  • Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics;
  • Strong communication, consulting, and influencing skills;
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is required.
