What will you do:

• Coordinate the delivery of IT initiatives by working closely with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams.
• Support the planning, initiation and execution of projects, ensuring clear scope, objectives and timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure delivery activities are aligned with organizational goals, governance standards and internal policies.
• Prepare regular status updates, reports and presentations for key stakeholders and management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and promote consistency in documentation practices and templates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT delivery processes, policies and ways of working.
• Support decision-making by providing insights, analysis and recommendations related to project and delivery performance.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in IT project coordination, delivery management or project management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or similar collaboration and service management tools.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies, governance and delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
